When she laughs I picture she covers her mouth or tries not to laugh very loudly and when she blushes she twists her feet/hands. Normally, she’s not a very shy individual, but is not free of feeling embarrassment or you know having the possibility of being shy about something! So, here she is a combination of slightly embarrassed and laughing at something/someone for some reason.
